The Fidelity Card linked to the “Wonder, Wander, Shop” project is a tool to promote loyalty to neighbourhood shops. The logic is simple: the more you buy in the selected CIVs, the more stamps and points you earn. When you complete the card, you receive bonuses (discounts, offers, admissions) to cultural venues and events also in the area. The aim is to promote the different shopping, culinary and cultural experiences offered by each CIV.
The objective of this pilot project is to expand the network of CIVs, enriching the shopping experience with a curated selection of offerings. This project endorses mindful consumption and fosters connections with businesses that resist the trends of mass distribution and online retail. In exchange for competitive pricing, patrons benefit from personal interaction with shopkeepers, both pre- and post-sale. Stronger social bonds, mindful consumption, vast product diversity, low environmental impact, and deeper appreciation of the cultural richness of the area: this is the loyalty programme of “Wander, Wonder, Shop.”

- Rules for applying
The paper loyalty card will be issued by participating CIV shops following a purchase of at least EUR 20.00.
- Advantages of being a member
As a member, you have access to a “cultural” and “mobility” reward programme designed to improve your knowledge of the area and your personal experience.
Loyalty Points Programme
- Discounts and Promotions
Discounts and promotions are determined by the partners supporting the initiative, which currently include AMT, Car Sharing services, Museums, and Theaters. Intermediate rewards, such as those earned at 5 and 10 stamps, offer different bonuses.
- How to Earn Points
To collect points, simply make a purchase of at least €20.00 at a participating venue. You will receive one stamp per purchase, regardless of the total amount spent or the number of items purchased. Each stamp must be obtained from a different venue within a single CIV or across multiple participating CIVs. This encourages customers to explore more venues within the areas involved in the project.
